Jamie Tate joined The Horizon team in 2021 as the Business Manager at The Horizon in Gladwin. In 2023, she moved into the role of Administrator at The Horizon in Gladwin. Then in 2024, she moved into her current role as Administrator at The Horizon in Clare. Before joining The Horizon team, Jamie worked as a Resident Caregiver/Team Lead at another assisted living facility for 13 years. Jamie has a passion for caring for others as if they were her own loved ones. She strives to ensure that the residents receive compassionate, quality care. She feels that its very rewarding to advocate and care for those who can no longer care for themselves. In her free time, Jamie enjoys hunting, watching football, reading, painting, and watching her kids' sporting events. Jamie has six children (4 sons and 2 daughters) and a husband, Martye, who is the Maintenance Director at The Horizon in Gladwin.
